Brussels Sprout Salad

Watermelon Gazpacho

clarified watermelon and tomato gazpacho, almond ricotta, spicy crostini, black lemon

Beans on Toast

bean salad, Swiss chard, almond ricotta, chile de árbol aioli

Pav Bhaji & Broccoli

roasted broccoli, pav bhaji sauce, plantain chips, dried green peas

Paella

black rice, fried artichoke, piquillo pepper cream, marcona almonds, charred lemon

Tofu Panna Cotta

blueberry and strawberry sauce, toasted coconut, basil oil
