Join us for a one-night-only Christmas Eve dinner, crafted by Chefs Juan Pajarito and Pedro Allende. This family-style, plant-forward feast is designed around the comfort and generosity of the holiday — thoughtful dishes, seasonal flavors, and a table meant for gathering.
